The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission has released Advertisement No. 10/2026 for recruitment to the post of Forest Range Officer under the Environment, Forest and Climate Change Department, Government of Bihar.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the required qualification on or before 1 August 2025.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with at least one of the following subjects:

  • Botany
  • Chemistry
  • Geology
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Statistics
  • Zoology

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry or Engineering are also eligible.

Selection Process

The selection process includes:
