This page explains how users can raise a complaint or grievance relating to Regal Career content, website services, privacy concerns, intellectual property or unresolved support issues.
1. Before Raising a Grievance
For ordinary questions, technical issues or factual corrections, please contact us first through the normal Contact Us process. Many issues can be resolved more quickly there.
2. What You Can Raise
- A factual or editorial concern that remains unresolved
- A privacy or personal-data concern
- A website-service or accessibility concern
- A copyright or intellectual-property complaint
- A complaint about misleading presentation or impersonation
- Another good-faith concern relating to Regal Career
3. Information to Include
- Your name and contact email
- The exact page URL or feature involved
- A clear description of the grievance
- Relevant dates, screenshots or supporting documents where appropriate
- The resolution you are requesting
- Details of any earlier contact with Regal Career about the same issue
4. How to Submit
Send the grievance to care@regalcareer.com with a clear subject line such as “Grievance – [short description]”.
5. Review Process
We will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and review complete grievances. We may request additional information where necessary to understand or verify the issue.
A grievance may be resolved by correcting content, providing clarification, changing a website process, restricting disputed material, referring the matter to the appropriate policy or declining a request that is unsupported, abusive or outside our control.
6. Government Recruitment Matters
Regal Career is not a government authority. We cannot overturn an official recruitment decision, reopen an application, change an eligibility decision or resolve a dispute that belongs to a recruiting authority.
7. Copyright Complaints
Copyright complaints should follow our Copyright & Takedown Policy so that ownership, disputed material and exact URLs can be reviewed properly.
8. Privacy Concerns
Privacy-related requests should include enough information for us to identify the relevant service or data without asking you to send unnecessary sensitive information.
