Regal Career respects copyright and expects users, contributors and partners to do the same. This policy explains how a copyright owner or authorised representative can report specific material on regalcareer.com.
1. Scope
This process may be used for articles, images, graphics, downloadable files and other material hosted or displayed by Regal Career. It does not finally determine ownership or resolve a legal dispute; competent courts and authorities retain that role.
2. Ownership
Original Regal Career articles, explanations, graphics, interface elements, branding, compilations and tools may be owned by or licensed to Regal Career. Government bodies, recruiting authorities, publishers, photographers, authors and other third parties retain their respective rights in their material.
3. Official-Source Material
Regal Career may report factual recruitment information and link to official notifications or public announcements. Public availability does not automatically mean that every document, logo, photograph or creative work is free of copyright.
4. Before Sending a Takedown Notice
Please confirm that you own the relevant copyright or are authorised to act for the owner. Identify the specific material at issue rather than requesting removal of an entire page when only one image, paragraph or attachment is disputed.
5. What a Copyright Notice Should Include
- Your full legal name and, where applicable, the organisation or copyright owner you represent.
- Your contact email and other reasonable contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Evidence reasonably showing ownership or authority to act.
- The exact Regal Career URL containing the disputed material.
- A clear description, screenshot or quotation identifying the specific material.
- The source or authorised location of the original work where available.
- A good-faith statement that you believe the disputed use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or applicable law.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised representative.
- Your physical or electronic signature and the date.
6. How to Submit
Send a complete notice to care@regalcareer.com with the subject line “Copyright Takedown Notice – [page URL]”.
7. Review
We may request clarification, proof of authority or more precise URLs. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove, replace, restrict, attribute or temporarily disable disputed material, or decline a request that is unsupported, abusive or outside copyright.
8. Material Hosted Elsewhere
If the material is hosted by an independent government website, social platform, publisher or other third party and Regal Career only links to it, the complaint may need to be directed to the service that actually hosts the material.
9. Good-Faith Use of This Process
Do not knowingly submit false ownership claims or use a copyright complaint merely to suppress accurate factual reporting, lawful criticism or material you do not own.
10. Other Concerns
For privacy, editorial corrections or other grievances, use the relevant policy below.
