Eligibility & Age Limit
Assistant / Upper Division Clerk
For Post Nos. 1, 3 and 5, candidates need:

from a recognised university, with the degree completed within the stipulated duration of the course.
Candidates must also have proficiency in the use of computers.
Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer
The corrigendum clarifies the qualification for Post Nos. 2, 4 and 6.
Eligible routes include:
Route 1
- Graduation with at least 60% marks or CGPA 6.32/10, completed within the stipulated course duration.
OR
Route 2
- Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with at least 60% marks or CGPA 6.32/10, completed within the prescribed duration;
- one year experience as Steno-Typist/Stenographer.
Candidates also need:
- minimum 60 words per minute in English stenography; and
- computer proficiency.
Age Limit
The original advertisement specifies a maximum age of 28 years as on 16 August 2026.
Where posts are reserved:
- OBC: up to 31 years
- SC/ST: up to 33 years
